[CHAIR] Arush Halder is a passionate student preparing for NID, CUET, and DELF examinations, with interests spanning design, languages, psychology, and criminology. A certified musician from RSL London, he is also an experienced MUN delegate and Executive Board member, having represented diverse portfolios across committees such as INTERPOL, UNSC, UNHRC, CCC, and NITI AAYOG. Known for his curiosity, adaptability, and strong public speaking skills, Arush thrives in challenging environments and enjoys collaborating on ideas that create meaningful impact.

He has participated in prestigious conferences including PRIMUN 2026, TISBMUN 2024, GEARMUN 2025, and KKBMUN 2026, where he honed his abilities in parliamentary procedure, negotiation, and committee dynamics. His experience has given him a strong understanding of how to debate and negotiate effectively.
